Bathroom was tiny, aircon unit didn’t work and reported to staff but the man that came to fix it just pretended to fiddle around with it and walked out and told us to just wait and never returned

We chose the Sheraton Rhodes Resort because Sheraton is a hotel brand I know and trust, and I expected it would not disappoint me. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. I have always stayed in 5-star hotels whenever I go on holiday, but the Sheraton Rhodes Resort was very disappointing. We booked two rooms: one for my wife and me, and another for my children. There were ants everywhere in both hotel rooms, including on the balcony, in the bathroom, and even in the beds. To make matters worse, we suffered bites all over our legs and backs. The cleanliness of both rooms was also not up to the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I did not raise a complaint with the hotel management during our stay because we simply wanted to focus on enjoying our holiday rather than spending our time dealing with complaints. I do appreciate that we were given rooms with a pool view, which was a definite plus for us. However, based on our experience, I would definitely not stay at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort again. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleanliness and overall standards.
