Comfortable beds and reasonable sized room with all standard facilities. The split mattress (two single beds pushed together) was less than ideal for us as a couple and a proper blanket would have been useful as it was a bit cool overnight. The room cleaning could have been better, dust and hair left on the floor. Overall though, the cleanliness of the hotel appeared to be good. For us, the location was very good, close to the beach, close to public transport yet not on a busy road. A short 15min walk to a wide variety of dining choices. We were happy with our stay

Great location with a bus stopping outside and fantastic sea views. The only thing that let the hotel down was the rooms. It was windy and the wind blew through the rooms, meaning most of our party couldn't sleep. Housekeeping was also poor with soap/shampoo etc, not being replaced and the incorrect number of towels being left.

This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me.

I had a wonderful experience for 4 days at this resort while recovering with an injury I got a few days before arriving. From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! Special thanks to Vuola and Eti in dining for their extra care and friendly manner. Everyone I met at the hotel seemed to genuinely love their job and service. I needed extra care and assistance and they were always willing to help. They also seemed to love working together as colleagues and I saw a lot of teamwork. Thank you, Sheraton Rhodes!

The hotel is kept impeccably clean by a dedicated staff who take pride in their work. All staff are friendly and helpful and should be congratulated for this. A great place to stay.
