Really quiet location. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us dining recommendations. Also, there is a FREE SHUTTLE to several sites in Kyoto. We took advantage of the free shuttle and it was fantastic. It was going to places we were planning on visit. We will definitely stay here again.

Whenever we visit Osaka, we always choose Hotel Keihan because it’s right where Universal is, and the train station is a few steps away!
The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean, as well as the whole facility. They serve a variety of options at breakfast, and I give them 100% for the preparation and taste!

The hotel was above the Nambe metro and train station for Osaka. We could walk to close nightlife activities or take a metro train anywhere with ease. Rooms were large, great view of Osaka, breakfast is at top of hotel with spectacular views. The pool was great for lap swimming. I would recommend. Store in train station by hotel had large selection of luxury goods. Recommend train to Osaka rather than car..would be quicker and elevator right to hotel. Limited express train to airport also below hotel and it has room for luggage with reserved seats.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
