Property has been recently renovated, feels great. Staff great, we’re able to check in us early. Every summer we book this hotel. Walking distance to The Mall.
Transportation to airport this year is 10 euro per adult. Over-all great one night stay.

Read this: make sure you book a “business class” room. The rooms on 6th floor and above have been renovated. The rooms below the 6th floor are really old and gross (beds are horrible, carpet is disgusting and probably hasn’t been cleaned since the 80s). The business class rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable.

Everything was great until wenfound out that there was no hot running water. First day they said that someone is coming to fix it, next morning they said that the whole neighborhood didnt have hot water. Obviously someone was lying. Other than that everythingelse was allright.

Perfect location in centre of Sofia within walking distance to everything.
Only drawback is there is no official parking & drop-off area which was inconvenient.
The property itself is wonderful with newly renovated modern rooms and smart features.
Breakfast is wonderful and would recommend. We did not try the lunch/dinner options.

The Bristol Best Western is a small, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Sofia. Excellent care and service are provided. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was abundantly displayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My small criticism is that the bathroom is quite dark, but it was excellent for mobility access.
