Admiral was one of the best hotels we have stayed - the room, the amenities, staff, all around. the staff was friendly & professional. Nice to stay at a classical and traditional place. Little smokey from bar & casino though. Great place!!

This legendary hotel is a belle époque art nouveau masterpiece, but also thoroughly modern. I totally loved it. Fin de siecle Orient Express class. Also pretty central - right next to station and a short clip north either on foot or by tram to the main drags.

I have stayed at this hotel for 10 years, whenever I have an early morning departure. Unfortunately, staff hellfulness has significantly declined. Additionally, this time I was asdigmed a room to the right of the office. The outdoor walkway to the room had a number of single step-ups. These were nor lit, and resulted in a serious fall in the morning, when walking to the shuttle. That is extremely dangerous, and needs to be vorrected, —minimaly with improved lighting. Also, no breakfast option is available for early shuttle departure.

Staff was very kind, rooms and space was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was often cold and not as nice as we were expecting from rave reviews.

The location is great and the room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable after a long trip. Parking in the area is extremely difficult, Our water heater was not running when we checked in and had to wait for a warm shower, other than that everything was fine. We were fortunate to be on the first level, because there is no elevator.
