Staff was friendly enough but tune properrty seems a bit run down and there was no AC in both rooms we tried. Thankfully we could open larger windows in the second room they put us in and it wasnt hot out.

We arrived during a festival weekend and the hotel was all sold out apparently. The AC did not work in our room and it was a heatwave. We were only in town for one night and while we were given a different room, it’s not what we scheduled for. I had 2 rooms booked and had been explicit about them being together. The room we moved into had its own issues with loud noise coming from the AC a few times every hour. We don’t sleep well.
The breakfast option was expensive but with little sleep and the need to move in, we conceded to it

It was pretty good. They gave me a bus pass for my entire stay and helped me with navigating around the city. This was not given to me at check in, so you might have to ask. It’s not too far from the old town and the city is very walkable. If you like walking, this hotel is good. Breakfast was also okay. The room was spacious.

The room was nice, but the room only had a heavy comforter on the bed. Not suitable for summer. I made multiple requests through the customer service with WhatsApp for a light weight blanket and received no help. Disappointing guest care.
