Everything was perfect - the information prior to and during stay. Room was an open studio that was clean and offered a most comfortable place to stay in Old Town. Note, the unit is located within the picturesque old town steps surrounded by great restaurants. The steps are steep and require you to carry your luggage up/down. There is no ramp, just ancient stairs so pack light. Great option is store your luggage at the entrance gate for the day/night - and just bring a change of clothes in a backpack. Great stay!

We loved our stay at the Royal Princess Hotel. The staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the hotel has amazing views from both the rooms and restaurants. There are great swimming areas with direct access to the Adriatic Sea, which we really enjoyed. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we’re already planning to stay there again the next time we’re in Dubrovnik.

The apartment was lovely and the views where spectacular! It is a good walk from Kotor old town approx 25 mins but the views are well worth it ! Lovely restaurant just down the road (Mediterranean nights ) with lovely friendly staff. Would recommend a car although traffic is busy - to get around and sightsee Apartment was well equipped however kitchen could do with a chopping board and bedroom extra pillows Peter was a great host giving us many ideas where to visit and was very responsive when contacted Would highly recommend

Upon check-in, the front desk staff was super friendly and professional. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. We were impressed with the aesthetic of the hotel, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for what we were looking for. We really appreciated the complimentary snack and water. This was a nice touch. We also visited the spa and restaurant. The massage therapist was perfect, and the spa amenities were the best. Breakfast was excellent. All food items were fresh and plentiful. The hotel restaurant was in an ideal location which offered great views of the sea. We would also like to show our appreciation for Luka and Milovan. Their friendliness and excellent customer service made our experience outstanding. Thank you.

This place is located in the old town so be ready to climb up the city stairs and if you take the room on the 3ed floor be ready to climb lots of steep and not so steady stairs, you can reserve a baggage service for 40 € per bag . The room is spacious and even has a washer machine . It is well equipped like an apartment . I found many ants in the bathroom. The bed is very firm and the pillow very soft ( low support ) The host is professional and responsive

Staying in the center of a kingdom, thousands of years old is priceless. This hotel is situated perfectly in the center of historical old town, surrounded by restaurants, shops, museums, galleries and the famous wall. Only downside is the steep staircase to the loft suite. The photos are accurate, so no surprise. Good exercise.
