Whilst this isn’t a private villa, the owners live on the top floor, it is very spacious and with full and exclusive use of all facilities, feels private. Fully recommend the winery for a meal and fine wine, 2 minutes walk from villa.

Mou Apartments is a very good, spacious and comfortable place to stay, especially for a shorter visit to Kotor. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus plenty of cabinet space and a pantry large enough for our suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size with streaming services, and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Thoughtful extras included toiletries, washing-machine pods and dishwasher pods. Having both a washer and dishwasher was convenient. Our first-floor apartment opened toward the pool, which was a great feature. Management was very responsive, kind and helpful. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, he came over and tried to provide a secondary Wi-Fi connection, although it did not work. The main improvements needed are cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability and directions. The bathroom and shower need a deeper cleaning, and there was visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower is also quite small. The king bed was comfortable, but all sheets, blankets and bed coverings should be properly sized to fit a king mattress. The address provided took us about half a kilometer away; searching “Mou Apartments” in Google Maps worked better, so guests should be sent an accurate map pin. There are also very limited restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, making this better for a short stay than a long one unless you have transportation or plan to cook. A taxi to downtown Kotor costs about €30.

Stayed there for two weeks with kids 9 and 11, and grandparents. Amazing place. Perfect surroundings on the Dalmatian countryside along wineyards and family restaurants. Cavtat and Dubrovnik is far away, consider rental car for the stay if you want to check out other places. Montenegro and Bosnia is only 30 mins to the border. The house was very clean and smelled nice. We had plenty of space for us six. The outside grillhouse was very nice for a break from the sun and to have dinners/bbq. Would definately recommend to others and consider revisiting. If I should complain about a single thing, it would be the matressess, a bit too hard for our taste. A thick top-mattress would do the trick. Overall, excellent!

Gorgeous hotel, right on the seafront with private access. Staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, the hotel was very clean and the food was great. This hotel was great value for money, gorgeous views and would definitely recommend!!

Everything was just awesome, the view, room quality, accessibility, facility all excellent. The only improvement I can suggest is the quality of breakfast buffet could have been improved.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, location is perfect (7-10 minute walk to Old Town; not in the middle of busy tourist areas). Staff helped us book kayak and boat trips, and also helped me arrange for flowers to be delivered on our wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful experience, and many of the locals confirmed this is the #1 hotel in Dubrovnik.

Steps steps & more steps, room claustrophobic ..small with small window that shed no light as faced a wall. Ants in room. Room was also baking hot when we entered as there was a stand a lone heating machine on.

Everything is amazing in this hotel. Beautiful location, authentic architecture, staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for wonderful service!

The view was simply amazing. Requested daily housekeeping which was great. Small kitchenette handy. Note no lift. Also free parking outside but road surface dusty meaning shoes dusty when entering room.
