Great place. Close to everything. Nice and clean. Highly recommend.

We just completed a marvelously pleasant stay at this hotel. We were finishing a one month circuit of western France and some of the hotels we stayed at were, well, kind of meh. This was a wonderful final stop. The hotel is linked via a parking deck which leads to a shopping mall, which leads to the Place Comedie which is the main pedestrian path in the old town center. Lots of activity and shops and side streets to explore! The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar which has a great view of the city. Pool was a bit cold but we braved it anyway. There is also a large hydro spa and steam and dry saunas. Great for relaxing after hoofing it around town. And the morning breakfast is fabulous with attentive staff that can figure out how to get you almost anything. Highly recommend and hope to return soon! Only negative was getting hit with a 40 euro cab fare after trying to walk it and getting a bit lost. Not the hotel’s fault, be aware it is an easy two stops on the tram if you are coming into the Gare St Rich train station!

Fantastic rooms, great staff, very good restaurant at reasonable prices. Everything was great.

The biggest issue is that the room door fails to close properly, and you must park at a private lot 200 meters from the hotel without valet service. The hotel is on a very tight alley, making it impossible to pulling your car a moment; you must carry your luggage 200 meters from the private parking lot.

If you are afraid of the dark, this is the place for you, because the curtains are too short to block the bright lights outside. Are you the curious type? You’ll be happy to know that, due to poor sound insulation, you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, the hall, the lobby and the nearby roadway. Seriously, after an excellent experience at the Campanile Limoges this was a let down. We booked here specifically because they were supposed to have a restaurant but we received notice the night before that it was closed for two weeks. The breakfast buffet was very basic and was frequently out of the few items it had. The pool and the patio look nice, but we would not stay here again.

A little out dated but clean. Restaurant on site was amazing and the shopping centre a short walk away was great. Would stay there again but will slightly lower expectations of the room condition.

Room with clean and comfortable. I did have trouble with my internet connection though
