Great location. Unhelpful staff- asked three times for aircon in our room to be fixed. We were told it would be /had been each time and it hadn’t. Glasses in the room weren’t changed so used dirty glasses for the entire stay. Ants in the room and floors dirty. Breakfast limited and staff unfriendly. ‘Gym’ is not fit for purpose. A room smaller than the shower room. One treadmill. One cross trainer. The chest press machine was broken. That is all. Absolutely not a four star experience for

A hotel like this within our budget is a rarity. This was an excellent hotel, there was always lots to do, it was open and spacious, staff were always very friendly and helpful. it was aesthetically pleasing, the pool and lounge areas had plenty of places to lounge in the warm sevillan weather. Our rooms were nice and spacious, big beds; altogether, we had an excellent experience. The constant cool water (orange and lemon flavoured) refreshments were always welcome when we came in. There were lots of areas for people to hang about and chill, and for those looking for the bar scene, it has a decent one for that. It’s close enough to get everywhere in the city centre in short time, but was in a nice quiet area away from the bustling streets. The area was clean, seemed open and safe. Lots of outdoor area for people to run, cycle, take their dogs out. Very chill area. I am sure you’ll enjoy your stay here. I’ll definitely be back.
