Staff are beyond friendly, very helpful in planning our itinerary. Shoutout to Jack. Rooms are very nice and amenities are fantastic. Upgrade to a superior room for a view of the castle. Highly recommend

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

The location was great right in a suburb of Seville called Los Remedios, with stores and shops nearby.

A wonderful boutique hotel in a central location, attractions were within a 20-25 minute walk Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a welcome glass of cava and a warm towel to freshen up. Our room was very spacious with 2 little balconies overlooking the street. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop bar, where again the staff were very friendly. Lovely place to sit in the evening. Nice little pool, but becomes very busy during late afternoon. Breakfast was a mixture of cooked and continental. Couldn’t fault it. Overall a fantastic stay, would highly recommend.

Fabulous stay at El Rey Moro. Location is perfect and the staff were wonderful and helpful. The hotel has lots of character and charm. I loved it and I hope to return.
