This hotel is just ok. The beds aren't comfortable. The staff is non engaging. I'd not stay here again

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Perfect place if you need to go to the Cartuja. Hotel is good and the staff is very helpful.

Hotel is in a good walkable to attraction locations. Quiet and clean. Only 2 issues we encounter . 1. There is sewer smell in the hotel apartment suite rooms which for me was unbearable . 2. The breakfast buffet waiters and waiter was not very attentive in serving. even thought there is some menus in table to order breakfast sandwich or omlet or to make cappuccino , but they do not. One to you to welcome you to see what you would like to have. You have to call them or grab them while they are passing. Which I found this against hospitality of a 4 star hotel

The only reason for low score was the complete inefficiency of AC in the room

Location was excellent and easy to drive too. Parking good lower level much more room. Reception staff excellent. Received our welcome bottle of wine.

Serras is a beautiful property in a perfect location, and the front desk staff were amazing. The rooftop pool and view were amazing. Unfortunately, the room experience was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. The AC didn’t work on my first night, so I slept in the heat. There was debris on the floor when I checked in, and it was still there after housekeeping serviced the room during my two-night stay. The coffee machine spilled grounds everywhere; I left it open for housekeeping to see, but the mess wasn’t cleaned and the coffee pods weren’t replenished. There was no turndown service on the first night, and I had to ask for water because it wasn’t replenished. I appreciated the front office staff and the property, but I expected much better room maintenance and housekeeping from a five-star hotel.

At Breakfast not enough staff to serve and there was no ambiance in the lounge/dinning area, The Terrance Bar had a lovely view and the atmosphere there was OK. Reception was fantastic and its literately 2mins away from the main tourist attractions and food places. Room was lovely and clean. Overall, a great stay, just a bit of fine tuning,

Lovely apartment, well located in Triana just across the river from the old town. Amazingly quiet given the location. Our apartment didn't have a view or access to the terrace, but was shady and very cool even on hot days. Breakfast was included and brought to the room each morning. Reception staff are not there all day, but did not present any problems. Online check-in to get the key code was very efficient.
