The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

The hotel is beautiful, staff helpful and attentive at all time. Location great!! The rooms are very spacious in comparison with a typicall hotel in Europe. I will stay here again for sure!!!!!

Great place to stay in Seville. But keep the uber/taxis in mind. Its quite from city center. Commuting there may set you back $60 at least. Great pool and breakfast buffet menu! Staff is great.

Serras is a beautiful property in a perfect location, and the front desk staff were amazing. The rooftop pool and view were amazing. Unfortunately, the room experience was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. The AC didn’t work on my first night, so I slept in the heat. There was debris on the floor when I checked in, and it was still there after housekeeping serviced the room during my two-night stay. The coffee machine spilled grounds everywhere; I left it open for housekeeping to see, but the mess wasn’t cleaned and the coffee pods weren’t replenished. There was no turndown service on the first night, and I had to ask for water because it wasn’t replenished. I appreciated the front office staff and the property, but I expected much better room maintenance and housekeeping from a five-star hotel.

Perfect place if you need to go to the Cartuja. Hotel is good and the staff is very helpful.

Lovely apartment, well located in Triana just across the river from the old town. Amazingly quiet given the location. Our apartment didn't have a view or access to the terrace, but was shady and very cool even on hot days. Breakfast was included and brought to the room each morning. Reception staff are not there all day, but did not present any problems. Online check-in to get the key code was very efficient.

Very dirty hotel with dust and mildew everywhere. The staff was not very helpful during reservation when we had 3 rooms but their system glitch only showed two. Will nickel and dime you for everything, including small bottles of water. The rooms are tiny and if you 3 beds in the room there is no room to move around. Also the closet has no way to hang clothes, can only fold them. Overall for the cost of the hotel, a really bad value.
