The rooms were extremely dirty and reeked of bleach probably to cover up mold and mildew smell. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The food was okay.

We traveled with a group of 10 people and had a great time. I highly recommend the swim out rooms so you also have a place to hang after being by the big pool or beach. The resort was able to accommodate us and get us into the same building, but not all next to each other. Dinner reservations were always ready before we arrived. The food was fine for a resort. The swim-up bar was the main spot we hung out. The beaches are beautiful and they were even clearing out the seaweed in front of the resort. Lots of activities. I would suggest a 4-night minimum to add on an excursion to explore off the resort as well. It is nice that Ambar is adults only, but we had access to all of the others within walking or tram distance. Had a fun time at the casino. It was smaller and didn't get much action until after 10 pm. Surprisingly not super busy and crowded for July.

Happy with the visit, definitely would recommend. There is room for improvement on some of the restaurants staff, but still recommend Atlantis to everyone.

El lugar estaba limpio,pero la pintura de la estructura estaba descuidada . La comida del bufet buena aunque no varió, y casi nunca habían platos en el bufet . Fue difícil reservar en los restaurantes solo pude cenar 2 días de los 4 que estuve.No me agradó en la manera que los supervisores tratan los empleados delante de los huéspedes . El ugar es muy tranquilo y las bebidas increíbles
