The hotel is beautiful. It scent thry use is delicate and inviting. Close to shops, restaurants, steps to the tram and train station. Tha staff was always helpful and friendly. Tge building and room had 100% Forenze vibe

It is within the Limited Transit Zone so if you drive you have to use a garage service or get fined so add EUR30 to your bill per night automatically. This area of Florence does not have signs screaming at you when you enter the Zone so once you are in your only choice is a EUR90 fine or the garage. If I knew this detail I would have looked for a hotel outside such zones.

Incredible location with wonderful views. Room had great views and property has terrace and dining area overlooking the cathedral and city. Everything is within walking distance. Staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely, everything you could want. Bed spacious and comfortable. Loved everything here.
