The apartment was fine but there were ants and flies all over the place. Also we were not sent a key code or instructions for getting in. I had to call them which resulted in fees on my phone.

Superb staff. Pleasant . Professional . Go out of their way to anticipate how they can help create a great experience for you . Excellent breakfast in stunning dining room. Beautiful rooms. Arranged early breakfast without asking when we booked early airport taxi. This hotel is a credit not just to Trondheim but to Norway.
