Fantastic location, incredibly clean and friendly hotel staff! Overall, it was great value for money and I would love to stay here again. Pro tip, try the hot matcha latte from the hotel cafe!

With 2 young children, my wife and I stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Well, we chose this hotel as we wanted to spend the day in Universal Studio in Japan. So, it is in a great location for that purpose. Its check in and check out is automatic which is great. The thing we did not like about it was that even though we had a triple room, it was quite small foe a family of 4.

Super clean, modern hotel room which accommodates a family of four

Really quiet location. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us dining recommendations. Also, there is a FREE SHUTTLE to several sites in Kyoto. We took advantage of the free shuttle and it was fantastic. It was going to places we were planning on visit. We will definitely stay here again.

There are better properties in kyoto than this

Excellent staff. Great breakfast buffet. Decor is a little dated, but in excellent condition. Very business friendly.

The staff was wonderful.

The hotel was above the Nambe metro and train station for Osaka. We could walk to close nightlife activities or take a metro train anywhere with ease. Rooms were large, great view of Osaka, breakfast is at top of hotel with spectacular views. The pool was great for lap swimming. I would recommend. Store in train station by hotel had large selection of luxury goods. Recommend train to Osaka rather than car..would be quicker and elevator right to hotel. Limited express train to airport also below hotel and it has room for luggage with reserved seats.

Great room, great beds, excellent breakfast and reasonably well place to underground.

Conveniently located with a subway immediately in front of the hotel. Seems as though the hotel rooms are undergoing upgrades / modernisation. I stayed in one of the old rooms which was unfortunately outdated and looking worse for wear. I’m sure the rooms will look great once updated.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, train station under the hotel, grocery market across the street, and an additional long arcade market. Definitely recommend

Nothing Fancy but great for travel on a budget. Great location. Everything was very efficient from check in, check out and leaving our bags before and after check out
