Great place, except when you walk out the door.

Enjoyed the property and the management communication and accommodation was great. Down fall is they did not provide shuttle services from LAX or near any other destination of travelers. I suggest they broaden their services to travelers NOT just to the port

I really enjoyed my stay at 1 Hotel San Francisco. The property is chic, stylish, and perfectly located close to the water with STK conveniently right across the street. The hotel feels thoughtfully designed, ergonomically friendly, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts for me was how pet-friendly it is—without any extra charges or hidden fees. They even provided my puppy with a cozy bed and dishes, which was such a thoughtful touch. While it is definitely on the pricier side, the experience is absolutely worth it—I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

Amazing staff, beautiful property, to make it perfect a shuttle to busy Hermosa parking would be ideal! We would definitely stay there again!

The front desk staff was super helpful and nice. Dinner was less than a block away. It appears that the hotel is in transition of ownership. The room was clean but the restroom needed a little face lift . Overall, good price for location.

Alice and the staff in the Gold Experience were beyond helpful. Loved the room, balcony and service overall.

Excellent Hotel, location, staff, beach access, …

Hotel was very near and walkable to Alcatraz tour, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Cable car, Ghirardelli square, Boudin Bakery, great restaurants

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Westin St. Francis Hotel. It is conveniently located in an area easily accessible to the city’s attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A big thanks to Jeff for providing excellent concierge service!

Loved the jacuzzi/tub. Easy check in. Clean.
