Good hotel and was central. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were kept tidy and had cleaners in daily. WIFI was hit and miss. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful swimming pools, very nice room. BUT..,,food poor to average, ran out of beer at three bars, staff seem disinterested

This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.

Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The standard of hygiene was very high. There were excellent meal options and everything was cooked and presented beautifully.

Very clean property with plenty of great food selections. Only improved I’d recommend is adding proper entertainment (like the Moon Palace Cancun). Since many parents with children come here, it would be great to add activities for the kids to keep them busy.
