The property is conveniently located, rooms are clean and modern. As with many European hotels, the tub/showers are like going over hurdles to get in/out, but bathrooms are large and spacious. Wish the rooms had refrigerators. Only complaint was being there during a hot summer, room air conditioning didn’t really cool the rooms. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh, servers were attentive and dining room was great with opening to the street.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

Excellent location…clean and friendly. Only challenge was that food wasn’t always available during the day. We worked around it, but would prefer the hotel works around our schedule vs the other way around. Regardless…top notch location, and we would stay again.

Super great location and a spacious patio for some second floor rooms with great views of the lake and mountains. Room ’s setting is not up to modern hotel room standards, no refrigerator, very small desk, limited storage space, no AC, wired layout…It’s probably a typical traditional B&B in Swiss. However I wouldn’t stay in a hotel this kind anymore.
