I’ve stayed in several hotels in South Beach and the Pelican is the best. By far the best. The food is excellent and the staff is so friendly and helpful. For the price, it is a superb value. Plus it is a smaller hotel which means it is not overrun with visitors.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
