Unique relaxing rural setting with all the urban amenities

They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.

This newish hotel is located at the edge of Rodez, in a newer suburban area. The room was large with a very nice bathroom. Staff welcome could have been better, but the staff the next day was quite helpful and listened to our feedback. My main issue is that in this lovely location there is limited food service, and they were unwilling to serve us in the serene courtyard. OTOH, there is a fantastic brasserie quite close by (walkable) which worked for dinner

Amazing staff - good location and value for buck

My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back.

Lovely hotel with great access to warm sea / sandy beach. Very pleasant and accommodating staff and nice choices of food and drinks.

The beach chairs and amenities are not available in October, but that’s understandable for the off-season. Room service was so easy and delivered in less than 15 minutes. Loved our stay and will return.

The beach chairs and amenities are not available in October, but that’s understandable for the off-season. Room service was so easy and delivered in less than 15 minutes. Lovely courtyard and very nice breakfast. Rooms are a little dated and the off street parking is really tight. Nice place and would stay again

Hôtes très accueillants. Bon petit déjeuner. Belle terrasse. Superbe piscine. Chanbre très confortable. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Autobus tout près qui mène directement à la vieille ville en 10 min à peine. Nous le recommandons chaleureusement.
