four night stay with my sister, early flight we were accommodated no problems Luisiana is an angel, clean property the staff try to keep you engaged with games ect every day if that's what you want, I watched them with kids also, painting and things. The buffet food was okay , make reservations at checkIn, nice pools, nice beach great weather and let's be honest the price. Thank you Bahia.

Wonderful place, plenty of food, great staff, the pools and beach nice and clean. It is a safe place to be.

I stayed in this hotel back in 2020, 2024 and now(May2026). A lot has changed since last time I stayed here. Sheets have yellow stains on even when requested it to be changed, food quality decreased significantly. Alcohol options that are included not good. Pineapple in the beach are used to be included ow you have to pay for each $5. Restaurant reservation are hard to make, almost everything was booked up when we checked in and we had to use buffet almost every night. The only good part was the staff. Everyone was polite and tried to do their best.

Overall, the staff was very nice. The pool could use more maintenance. We didn’t use the pool because they didn’t look too clean. The buffet could have a little bit more international selection. Otherwise, everyone treated us well.

The property was really nice. The beach and pool was my favorite. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made things a little difficult. The food was a hit or miss.
