Service was great. Breakfast was fantastic! The ride from the airport was terrible because we had to wait around 45 minutes - a taxi would have been faster and half the money. The room was good, but the shower was too small.

the reception guy was very mean when we arrived because we rejected using the very expensive shuttle service.
there were 2 arab ladies that gave us excellent recommendations in the city

We had a great stay, although Expedia messed up our reservation for a twin room. It was miscommunicated to the hotel and they only had a queen bedroom to offer. However, our stay was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and offered great tips on places to visit and for shopping. Thank you to Aziz especially, and to the other friendly staff.
