Rooms and inside of hotel was very nice. Outside looks run down but inside makes up for it.

Hotel is clean and well-kept. We like the location as well, walkable distance to the Metro and other famous tourist attractions. Staff are courteous and friendly. Thank you to Joshua, Walter, Adelina, Claudia and Gerald for making our stay memorable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our families and friends. Keep it up!

The location of the hotel is in a pretty good spot within the city, not overwhelmingly far from any of the well-known attractions. The rooms are smaller than expected, however, and the ACs are horrible. With Rome’s heat and humidity, the room felt warm and humid all the time. Sometimes it felt better to be outside than in the room. The breakfast was very good. Overall, I would say the hotel deserves 3 stars. The hotel itself is very condensed, but there are some nice aspects to it. Not bad experience but I expected better considering what we paid for. After all I am from the US where I’m used to top-quality hotels and service, so I don’t know what’s actually top notch in Rome, but this hotel is pretty decent at best. No major complaints other than the AC situation though.

The front desk staff were lovely people with great personalities. Top shelf! A doorman always watched the entrance The restaurant up top had the most incredible fires of Rome breathtaking A two plate dinner of less than mediocre food at five star prices But I would do it again for the view! The rooms great beds and linens No regular maid service All the metal doors and all bathroom felt like a prison No phone like a hotel for departments just regular phone. We only had housekeeping once in the week Wonderful spot in center amid the ancient attractions Far from the good restaurants of other parts of town Our stay was a mixed bag

Beautiful hotel in a great area.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with many options. The location worked very well and we walked to many sites and restaurants.

Great location. Breakfast is decent if you go early. Rooms have decent size but have zero closet space. Cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms is very european, so don’t spect much
