We loved the ambience of the hotel. Everywhere you looked were bits of history from photographs and paintings to the antique furniture. The room was comfortable with all the amenities you could need and the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. It was a FABULOUS find!

The property was clean and innovative.
The front desk unfriendly and I felt I was disturbing when asked few questions. My room (suit for 3) was not set up for 3 but only for two people. The housekeeper was very friendly and helped us setting it up quickly but the front desk seemed to be irritated because she was asked.
Not enough charging outlets in the room. Not a single one in the bedroom - only 2 for the nightstands but they were behind the bed stand so if you want to charge your phone at night you can’t.
Overall a good property but the front desk staff should be more friendly and welcoming.

Clean and comfortable, conveniently located, great family room.
Breakfast best avoided unless you are able to get there right at the start - food less than warm and nothing gets topped up. Plenty of better options locally.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay with my family.

The hotel offers a clean and well-maintained environment, which made the stay comfortable overall.
One of the main advantages is the 24/7 reception, providing flexibility and peace of mind at any hour. The possibility of early check-in is also a big plus and very helpful, especially after a long journey.
The location is very convenient, being close to both the train station and the bus station, which makes it easy to travel and move around the city.
The room was adequately heated using air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the stay. Everything was clean and functional, contributing to a smooth and pleasant experience.
Taking everything into account, it is a reliable and convenient choice
