What a great hotel - clean, super nice staff with extreme high attention to detail (ALL of them). The rooms facing the street are extremely silent and the hotel is on top very environmental focussed (cleaning, water consumption, organic duvets etc). I can warmly recommend.

Front desk staff was not helpful 2x. Once when I asked about local tours she was unable to help me although that was listed in the narrative regarding the property. The second time when I asked about the laundry option I was discouraged to use this service due to the cost and the time needed to complete a wash/dry cycle. I was willing to pay the 30 euros but not after being treated like I did not deserve this option during our trip. A few times in Vienna we were not treated well by locals.

We stayed here for 8 days as we came in a heatwave the air conditioner could be stronger, no alarm clock and the shower needs a door. Very close to the main train station and subway to get into the central area.
