The room was overall good order and clean. 5 Star is reserved for properties that go above and beyond with details and exceed expectations. This property was great with regards to cleanliness, but not 5 star. Minor details, small spots here and there and other fine details that can be overlooked but keeps it from a 5 star rating

A Brilliant hotel , fantastic position on Ocean Drive , great facilities, complimentary continental breakfast and free bicycle hire plus beach chairs and beach umbrella.
Rooftop pool with plush loungers, complimentary prosecco between 5-6pm ( very nice touch !) staff were amazing especially Melina on reception, nothing was a problem, and a real credit to the Bentley Hotel
We had a beach view room and it was beautiful, well appointed with a kitchen ( all you needed in it) lounge, dressing room , safe , bathroom and bedroom.

I splurged a little for a solo trip and it was worth it! Very friendly staff and they’re always helping out whichever way they can for the guests’ satisfaction. They clean really do deep clean the rooms, fast service when you need something (food, maintenance, any problems)
And location is top notch! Lots of cool cars to see and mega boats just a couple steps beside the hotel building!
