Awful experience. Rooms were musky and smell like mold. Ceiling were wet. Service to escorted to the rooms, no elevator. We carried our bags to the 3rd floor with no help or offer for assistance. Thwy said this was VIP treatment. Rooms were old dated and nothing as described. We immediately checkout. Guest attended advise we have to seek expedia for refund. Expedia in return responded say refund not authorized by hotel. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.

I have been at this resort before and I like the place itself and its surroundings. I also liked The food at the buffet which was Always fresh and offered many varieties to choose from but I ate at some of the restaurants and the menu was good too. As always the staff was great and made every effort to comply with most requests I had. I ’ll definitely return to this place
