Dominican Republic Cheap Holidays

The hotel needs a little refresh to the rooms and elevators, the room was comfortable, we had the Junior Suite, warning, don't matter how they sell it, it is for a couple. There is little privacy for the toilet, and no privacy on the shower. We had 3 rooms, none had shower doors. You can see into the shower if you opened the door to enter the room, also from inside the room if you exit the shower you are exposed. Some of the Buffett and restaurant reservation personnel need training. They are not friendly. Food at some of the restaurants were very good, not all, bufet foot was OK, not great, not horrible. I would say what you can expect from an All Inclusive hotel and the amount of people in the hotel. Overall the hotel there was a bad smell, you can smell it in the elevators, hallways, dinning room, it was like dirty water smell. The lobby área was always very warm, temhe ceiling fans were always sending air to the roof instead down.

El lugar la propiedad es excelente nos encanto a mi esposa y a mi nosotros fuimos celebrar mi cumpleaños y eso fue magnífico volvería a ir e ese mismo hotel y por cierto el personal todo el personal fueron agradables

The property was good. The food, the drinks and coffee shop were amazing. There staff were so friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their face. Our room got updated for y birthday with the swim out. I wish the room smelled more like hotel/beach rather than kind of moldy. Out sink drained slowly, but the water pressure was amazing. Very convenient. Beach was clean and peaceful. Staff such like Wilson at Check in, Yael our pool bar bartender, and Daniel our gold cart guy were great! the clinic was very close and the staff were helpful with any questions we had. I would return if need be!

Rooms got clean every day at same time. It is a kid friendly hotel. The buffet food was very good every day. It could be better if the hotel had a cafe,
