Hotel staff was excellent. The “concierge” was not affiliated with the hotel and was only trying to sell time share, very pushy. The Blue Team was entertaining and the shows at night were wonderful.

Sun Club area was quiet and better than the regular facilities.
The pools need some maintenance, but that’s it.
Very good staff everywhere and lots of hospitality.
Food was very good too.
