Clean room helpful staff and excellent breakfast

A must stay resort! I was very impressed with the property. Absolutely beautiful place. The staff was were always so friendly everywhere you went on the property. Rooms were always clean. Food was actually very good! No complaints. One minor issue, when we arrived to our room we realized our phone did not work....unfortunately we had to go to reception desk every single day to ask for a new phone. Receptionist always called someone and they would send a guy to fix it the next day..Never did. Went the whole week without a working phone. The night before our departure we had to physically make a reservation for luggage pickup in the morning. Thankfully the 2 workers came that morning to retrieve our luggage. Overall, our experience was lovely. We will definetly come back to this resort

So we arrived celebrating my fiancé‘s birthday and also got engaged a couple of days before we left that was a surprise, they did upgrade us for half off to the romance package however, we did not receive anything that was included, which was a dinner on the beach a romantic breakfast in the room a bottle of champagne and two massages which don’t be tricked. They are only 25 minutes we opted and paid for the rest of the time to have an hour. What we did figure out after having much problems making reservations online they told us to wait till the next day we did not we did that night nothing was available until nine or 930 at night. That is not true. Restaurants were empty and we were able to just walk in and get a table we finally realize this after day three also we are early risers. Roberto told us there was nothing available until 8 AM. His desk sits right next to the café that opens at 7 AM so how he did not know that I am not sure but we figured it out on our own. I would return to this resort at the beach is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and if you were in the privileged side adult adults, only you have access to the family site as well for restaurants. We had a great time at the Japanese restaurant B love, serves lunch and dinner and was fantastic and it’s right on the beach. Don’t rely on the staff for reservations just do it yourself. You have a fabulous time we did and I would absolutely go back. oh also ordered room service three times and never received it a

Beautiful, welcoming and relaxing! Food was exceptional!

Everything was great, except did not have shower gel in my room upon arrival and it took 3 days of complaining to finally have it brought to the room. Also, people need to stop feeding the stray cats everywhere. They just leave the food rests on the ground, this attracts cockroaches and other unwanted and unsanitary bugs.
