Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Beyond the beautiful setting with lush greenery, what I truly loved was the vision behind this project. It is so inspiring to see a place that is designed to integrate the local community, providing the locals with not just jobs, but a truly beautiful and empowering place to work. You can feel that positive energy in every interaction. The heart of our experience wäre Nuril and Dodri. They took super care of us from the moment we arrived, making us feel completely at home. Our highlights were the lobster catching and cooking class with Catur as well as the massages from Sari were out of this world, we can only recommend the traditional massage. If you want a stay that combines luxury with a meaningful soul and a connection to the local culture, this is it. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and Tampah Hills blows them all out of the water! From the moment you arrive at your villa you’re welcomed by the friendliest staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have, and will truly do everything in their power to make you feel at home. You’ll have a WhatsApp number to contact if there is anything you may want, and they will literally meet almost any request you may have. For example, we requested a romantic dinner on our pool deck in our villa the day of and they drove all the way to the main town on Lombok, 2 hours away, to buy flowers for the setup and make sure everything was perfect! We thought this was a one and done hotel but it is well worth the extra effort of going to Lombok and we will be making this a standard trip of ours now! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for everything!

This property is absolutely unbelievable. A truly relaxing and five star experience. the most wonderful, tropical , clean and professiaonl service in all the island / try the deguatation and deserts ! Check out the photos of the villas. Great location. Two second walk to the beach. I will be returning to Tokay.

Very disappointing for a Sheraton This hotel feels strangely untouched since the day it was built. The rooms do not seem to have been properly renovated for decades — the furniture, bathroom, shower, and overall interior are all very old and worn out. Over the years, everything has clearly become tired and dated. The bedding and pillows had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even less comfortable. The beach was also extremely dirty and was one of the biggest disappointments. When I booked the hotel, I specifically chose a rate that included a “Free Airport Shuttle.” Only after arriving did I find out that the transfer was free in one direction only. This was not clearly stated during the booking process and felt misleading. The positive side is the staff — they were friendly, polite, and pleasant to deal with. However, the property itself is absolutely not what I would expect from the Sheraton brand. I think many guests book this hotel because they trust the Sheraton name, and I personally felt misled by that. In terms of the condition of the rooms and facilities, the experience felt closer to an old 2-star motel than a Sheraton resort. This property urgently needs a major renovation.
