This hotel was in a perfect location and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful! Excellent recommendations, great atmosphere and character. The breakfast was good, and a little bit different each day we were there.

This hotel is quite close to the train station, so can save hauling your luggage over cobblestones of old Riga, and it’s cheap. The building, rooms and amenities are very dated, not nice. It’s hard climbing into the tub, because it is so high, and took forever to drain. The front desk person has some nasty attitude, and the breakfast restaurant is dungeon-like; food was ok.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with friendly staff. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay. I will definitely stay there again! :)

Great staff, good location, excellent breakfast

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great too. The room was a nice-sized studio. If we wanted to cook food there, we would have had everything we needed from the kitchen. I wonder if they have larger rooms for more people if we were to come back with more than just two people. The hotel is in a convenient location to everything. Obviously, the Old Town is very walkable. The breakfast was well worth the money. We had access to lovely foods and drinks. We will stay here again on our next trip to Riga. Loved it!

Great staff, good location, excellent breakfast

The hotel is in a really handy but busy location right in the old town, minutes from the thriving market, pubs and restaurants but it's quite noisy and a bit gritty. This wasn't particularly off-putting but wouldn't suit everyone. It was noisy in the hotel as well but we slept well over the 4 nights we stayed.
