Great hotel, great location, great staff. Nothing negative about it. It has a Seven Eleven too. You may think this is a joke, but in Japan is like having a very low price Whole Foods right at hand. There are also very high end stores in the hotel, a piano bar with great cocktails etc

Great hotel! Right on the corner of Shibuya Crossing, a train terminal across the street, and tons of shops and restaurants around.
Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We had a great time here!
