They hotel was so old and carpets was old n dirty . I don’t suggest this hotel . Shuttle is good but hotel was far from city .

Clean rooms older decor shops nearby and trains are close to hotel I didn’t enjoy the breakfast the dinner was okay the staff was helpful there was a bit of a language barrier overall it was a good experience

Overall it was an excellent stay. Staff was great, friendly, and always helpful! The location of the hotel was perfect for our first trip to Japan! We definitely will be back and stay at the Shibuya Excel Hotel!
