Studio super bien équipé et vraiment adapté aux voyageurs (espace, rangement et trucs pour faire sécher les vêtements). Quartier St-Charles avec des petits commerces de proximité et près de la plage et du centre. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et aidant. Merveilleux séjour!

The property is centrally located with clean and modern rooms. There was a good selection and variety of foods for breakfast. The hotel offers beach towels, beach umbrellas,chairs, etc. for guests' use which is a very nice touch. We found all staff, especially reception to be friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending the Mercure Biarritz and would definitely stay again.

The views are beautiful of the ocean. The room was bare minimum, felt old and unclean, and the amenities and "golf" part of the hotel is a run-down miniature golf course. The check out procedures were ridiculous, more like a full self-clean AirBnB versus a hotel. It was incredibly hot in the room, and were provided a fan on the second day. I would not choose to stay here again.
