The hotel has seen better days and is definately lacking when it comes to customer service. Very disappointed with the housekeeping lady who left my door unlocked then when i got into my room she abruptly walked in on me without knocking. In addition, the room condition was miserable from a cleanliness perspective. The pool was the only area where one can chill, but they ran out of towels for the pool at 1pm! When I asked for one all I got was the old "sorry we ran out". The doors are almost made out of cardboard you can hear everything happening in the hallways as if there was no door, the AC is at max cold and still doesn't lower the temperature any lower than the outside temperature. The hotel doesn't actually have its own parking, but people can park outside at parking lot that belongs to the city. There is a feeling that nobody is excited to be working there as evident by lack of smiling. Ya the hotel is getting old, but could benefit from better customer service to compensate for the old ran-down building.
