While a nice property, it is difficult to determine what population they are catering to. There is a $200 hold that a place on your card that you’re not told about until you check in. Valet is also a requirement. The pool and amenities at the pool are lovely and a good atmosphere. While the rooms are aesthetically, pleasing, the beds are not comfortable nor the pillows and the blankets are very thin.

I thought I requested a one bedroom with a sofa, bed and extra bed linens and covers and I did not get that. I only got a one bedroom regular sofa that was the only discrepancy.

The restaurant, gym and pool were all closed, the driveway was closed making it difficult for Uber drivers to pickup or drop off. This is all due to construction and renovations. I would recommend calling to find out the status of what appears to be major renovations. Even though this is on the river walk there are very few restaurants within walking distance

Out of 5 stars: Room - 4.3 Bathroom - 3.9 Staff - 3.9 Breakfast - n/a Bar - I had wine the glass was very clean - 5 Restaurant - 3.8 Was kind of like a sophisticated / Applebee's mash up vibe. That goes for food and set up. It is very open so if you like hidey hole seating may not be the vibe unless you call to reserve seats. Gym - 5 - It was nice! Had all the basics and the water was pretty nice, that's from a true #waterdrinker!

Staff was helpful and breakfast was good

I had a late arrival at the airport. I had to call 3 times to get the status of the shuttle I ended up waiting over an hour before being picked up. The driver said he just drives through and if no one is standing outside he drives through. I watched other hotel shuttles drive through twice before the hotel shuttle actually came.
