(245 reviews) Recommend that all tours and events be booked a month in advance. It was a little hard to connect with someone to book the culinary and Neri Market tour with the chef. The rooms are exquisite and high end and the decor all the way through the hotel was well appointed. I recommend the king suite in the Spanish section facing the courtyard. The 1739 wine and dinner pairing was exceptional. Highly recommend. Make sure you spend time at the pool during midday and the drinks at night on the roof top with DJ. Thanks to Brian at the front desk for setting us up with right room and thanks to Isabely’s and Ericka for the wine and pairing suggestions. The front desk was awesome with accommodations. (1,001 reviews) Our room’s water heater was not working. We called and the technician came and said the water heater was not large enough. They hadn’t replace the water heater in our room. I don’t know why they put us in that room when the water heater wasn’t fully working. they said the rooms were sold out. The room was not vacuumed. They were peanuts on the carpet since we arrived. They were never picked up. We were in the hotel for six nights the gym. The carpet was super dusty and they were pieces of paper they weren’t picked up for days I complained about the gym that it’s not clean enough. They said it’s because it’s gonna be remodeled.
