Luxurious location im the heart of Panama. The receptionist was not friendly and I waited to be attended while she was clearly chatting on her cellphone, shw seemed unhappy to work there. Stfg needs to be friendly and approachable, understanding that we depend on them foe assistance.

Property was in a great location and the the breakfast was really good.

Nice property mediocre service. We arrived at check in and room was not ready at 4 pm. All things there take forever…. Slow service!

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING and we look forward to that everyday. The staff were all amazing. My gripes were that the rooms and hallways had a very strong mildew smell. I think because it's so humid there. I wish there was a wildfire to open. We almost checked out because of that, but didn't want to take the chance it's like that in other hotels too. Also, I wish the pool stayed open longer. It closes at 8. We also expected more of activities on the grounds. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Great location with nice views. We arrived late to our junior suite, which had a large bathtub that sat above ground. After taking a bath and draining tub, I learned the tub was not attached and the water ran all over the room. We got another room, but not until next afternoon.
