The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. Located centrally, this hotel is stunning. Parking can be a bit tricky if you are used to North American style car garages, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Breakfast was incredible as well.

All the staff are very friendly. Resort felt very safe and the dining experience was great. We're vegetarians and we never left feeling hungry. Slot has to be booked for the steam room and sauna. Which is great, as you're not then sitting awkwardly with strangers. Loved all the personal touches.

The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Always with a smile and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay. The rooms, pool, breakfast areas are spotlessly clean with excellent accommodating cleaners. Everything within easy walking distance. A really lovely vacation.

Fantastic, courteous and professional staff. Thank you to Sotiris, Apostolis, Alexia, Christos and Haris. We enjoy our 9 days stay in a clean, spacious and modern room and the breakfast was delicious.

The AC did not work the first day we were there, not very happy about that. But overall the hotel is amazing.

The room was perfect. Spacious and beautiful. We also had a little balcony that we could see to the ocean and it was so beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and professional and super helpful. We also went to their spa services and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had such a good time in chania in general but going back to the hotel to rest and relax was equally as great. Thank you.

Staff was great we enjoyed the food I think the main draw back was it’s a very popular spot on hot days and there isn’t designated parking for people staying at the resort, so sometimes when we would come back it was really hard to find a parking spot
