We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean. They did our clothes/laundry within a few hours. We weren't right by the tourist area of Siem Reap but taking a Grab is quick and cheap.

The staff is very courteous, the service was excellent. They offered cold wet towel and cold water whenever you returned to the hotel after walking around the neighbourhood or out sightseeing.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and is based on dishes made. Not the typical international buffet.

This hotel truly makes every guest feel as if they are really welcome and important. It is the best breakfast buffet. Spa services, full gym, nice pool, and calm aesthetically pleasing surroundings make for a very pleasant stay.

"The staff at the hotel were all charming and very helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk. The room could do with a bit of refurbishment and the bathroom certainly needs an upgrade. There was no hairdryer provided which was unusual."
