I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. The harbor could be viewed . Staff was friendly but the property is rundown and dirty. The pool was small and covered. We didn't swim. Wouldn't stay there again
