Restaurant in side hotel charged outrageous prices. Had to take uber to find a local restaurant ! Room was clean!

Our room was right across from a room used for housekeeping items. It is often very loud in the morning and at night time. The last night we were there, not sure if it was guests or employees but people were talking very loud in the hallway and in the rooms. Lasted until almost 11:30pm and again in the morning. Second day, we did not get housekeeping service until late afternoon. By that time, the housekeeper gave us new towels in exchange for the used ones. Fitness center had clean towels for one day. The rest of the days we were there, towels were not replenished. Last day, we checked out and had our luggage stored at the hotel. We went to go have lunch and when we came back we got caught in a heavy rainstorm. We went back to the hotel to try to get dried off, grab our luggage and get to the airport. Asked the front desk for towels to dry off and they were not helpful and did not want to provide any towels. My husband asked if we can use the towels in the fitness center and was told that was fine but there weren't any towels available. Finally, a bell hop who helped with our luggage prior went to the pool area to get us some towels. He was the only helpful person at the front desk and there were 2 front desk employees working there at that time.

Check out was quick. Check in not so much. Pineapple pool bar was great, especially Constantine. Housekeeping was prompt and provided extra towels. Steel drum band guy was great. Waters in lobby and room were excellent. Bike rentals were easy and readily available. Rooms were spacious and easy access to Duval street

This is our second year in a row. We absolutely love this property and staff. From Patrick our bell person to Claudia, Jennie and Sophia running the front desk, this place is amazing. Such a chill vibe. Great food and drinks, great amenities, The room was spectacular too. Great shuttle service to town as well. I can go on and on! Two anniversaries in a row - there definitely will be a third next year!

It was within walking distance of most things we were interested in. I only wish they had a shuttle between the airport and hotel

We loved staying here and highly recommended it. Only thing that people might not like is the solo musicians play till 11pm every night. We didn’t mind it since we are not early birds.
