Expedia did not mentioned to me that I had to call the hotel to request the transfer service from the airport to the hotel.
Waited more than one hour after they pick me up because another driver call the hotel. Incomplete information from Expedia to the customer.

This is an architecturally beautiful, clean, and well maintained hotel in the heart of Madrid. The location is the real value of this hotel. The rooms are comfortably sized for 2 people in center of the city. There are plenty of food, shopping, and transportation access within steps of the front door. Don’t expect luxury, door men, or daily fresh cut flowers in the lobby, but this is a great hotel with all amenities that one would need for a trip to Madrid. We would stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

"This airport hotel was exactly what we expected. The hotel was nicely appointed and there was a grocery store attached which was nice. Close to metro and several restaurants in a nice suburban area. We wish they had an airport shuttle."
