I was really disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the room was not clean — the bedding had stains, and both the bathroom sink and shower were clogged. The morning staff were great and helpful, but the night staff was the opposite. The woman working at night was rude, and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it.
Overall, the experience fell far below my expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.
