The hotel was immaculate, 100% would stay again! A grand building with beautiful painting in the lobby, and huge array of food for breakfast, and clean rooms. Also had a sauna and pool included in our stay for free which was lovely. Also the location is ideal for walking everywhere to all the famous monuments. The BEST thing was the hotel staff at front desk they went out of the way to make us feel welcomed, and the staff are credit to the hotel. As I had my birthday there they got me a painting as I showed interested in their painting in the lobby. Such a beautiful stay, thank you so much!

The Platan was a great place to stay for exploring Samarkhand. The breakfast was cooked to order and exceptionally quality, and the restaurant was terrific - we ate there twice as we were so impressed. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are clean as well. The location is in the city center. Parking is available. Housekeeping is efficient and thorough. The reception staff is friendly. I recommend it.
