Very nice room with ocean view, Huge bathroom. All quite stylish and very well located in the old town. Priced higher than average but very much worth the extra $$.

Difficult to exchange US dollars for Mexican pesos. I have a US passport and also a US passport card, they did not accept the US passport card in order to to exchange money. This makes absolute no sense because I can travel the entire world and international airports with this US passport card, but I cannot exchange dollars for pesos with it? IT IS THE EQUIVALENT TO A US PASSPORT! (PUEBLO BONITO LOOK INTO THIS! I DO NOT LIKE TO CARRY MY PASSPORT ON PERSON IF NOT NECESSARY THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A US PASSPORT CARD!)

The inn mazatlan! Both my husband and I had a great experience. The luxury ocean front view room was clean/spacious/comfortable with an amazing view! Their pool area is amazing you are only steps away from the beach. What really stood out was the staff Everyone I interacted with from valet, front desk to housekeeping — was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our pool waiter Luis is amazing he truly offers great customer service and he really made us feel welcomed. The location is conveniently located in the zona dorada area which has many restaurants, shops. It’s about a 15minute walk to letras de mazatlan if that’s helpful to anyone. There’s tons of vendors literally steps away from the pool Overall, I’d definitely recommend THE INN to anyone looking for a modern friendly staff personnel that will make your stay a pleasure able one I’ll gladly return on my next visit!
