(39 reviews) Great location to Cruz bay and restaurants, shopping etc.. The villa was nice and views were outstanding. Staff was timely and courteous to our needs in ways they could be of assistance. Unfortunately we experienced several power outages (one over 24hrs) water outages and no internet connection for most of our trip. Although power outages and internet were of no ones fault, there needs to be measures put in place ex generators or power walls and upgrade to internet and availability before we would consider returning to stay. There were no mentions of compensation for the inconvenience, as a business owner i expected there to be, but that never happened. In addition, the cost of taxis from the resort to Red Hook was very reasonable, and if using a rental car, the resort is located in an easy-to-access location. (456 reviews) The location and facilities are good. Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful surrounding tropical nature and atmosphere. Great for snorkeling. Pools open 24/7\. Lots of cool plants and wildlife directly onsite. One drawback is the very high pricing, it is quite expensive to do some extra activities like a boat trip or just to eat. There is an excellent Pizza place that delivers for reasonable cost to the lobby which mitigates this somewhat, but not a solution for every night.
