Beautiful grounds and complex with cutural touches everywjere including the rooms in particular. Lovely, caring staff.

The accomodation was awsome, the meals were basic but ok so we had dinners at other places, hot water was an issue waiting so long for it . Overall it was a fabulous spot to stay , thank you.

Excellent food, location, staff, everything

We loved the pool, gardens, our outdoor bathroom, the very good food and the friendliness of staff. A very lovely quiet spot for a few days. The ocean was too rough to swim in and we were warned about the ciral

I had a wonderful time at the Qunci Villas. The staff are all very warm and friendly, making you feel completely welcome. The rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained, and I didn't encounter any issues. The restaurants are also quite good, with a lot of variety in cuisine. The “breakfast around the world” was a unique blend of international cuisine and jamu, a local health drink. A free morning yoga class by the beach was a highly rewarding experience. Evenings are just as prime, offering beautiful sunset views of Mount Agung that can be perfectly seen from every pool and restaurant. It’s also an ideal location for snorkeling since the boats depart just steps away from the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning soon.

Very disappointing for a Sheraton This hotel feels strangely untouched since the day it was built. The rooms do not seem to have been properly renovated for decades — the furniture, bathroom, shower, and overall interior are all very old and worn out. Over the years, everything has clearly become tired and dated. The bedding and pillows had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even less comfortable. The beach was also extremely dirty and was one of the biggest disappointments. When I booked the hotel, I specifically chose a rate that included a “Free Airport Shuttle.” Only after arriving did I find out that the transfer was free in one direction only. This was not clearly stated during the booking process and felt misleading. The positive side is the staff — they were friendly, polite, and pleasant to deal with. However, the property itself is absolutely not what I would expect from the Sheraton brand. I think many guests book this hotel because they trust the Sheraton name, and I personally felt misled by that. In terms of the condition of the rooms and facilities, the experience felt closer to an old 2-star motel than a Sheraton resort. This property urgently needs a major renovation.
