Nice location near to the beach and friendly staff. I'm not sure about the 4 star rating though as the rooms are a bit simple and our bed/pillows were uncomfortable, but the amenities are great. Breakfast was ok.

Great clean hotel right at the beach. Restaurants steps from the hotel. Great beach and activities. We went kayaking in the caves on the coastline directly from the beach. Awesome time!

Great breakfast options. Inconvenient access to the beach, long and steep stairs, hard for kids. But beach itself clean and great. Many options for dinning and shopping 15 minutes from a hotel

I don't know where this hotel got 5 star rating, no employees to be found, no one a the bar's, no help or service at the pool or beach, It looks like a ghost hotel you only see the valet parking and two in reception that's it. The room has the shower and toilet exposed to it no wall, no enclosement, the desk area was like a cafetiria wall table. this is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. The only thing worth it was the ocean and beach view maybe that gave them the "5 star rating" 2-3 stars maybe.

5 star location with great amenities. 3 star service and that may be generous.
