Exceeded all my expectations! The Altitude room with the beach front swim out pool is a must! It felt like I was in my own little private apartment in Cabo! Will definitely be back!

This has taken me a year to finally write this the hard time share sell was horrible absolutely ruined my trip I know why they make sure they sell to couples my wife caved a little cost me 3k I will eat it screw the free week and the free week for a friend. The all inclusive not worth it. Food sub par. Upgraded my room from what I booked I probably made out there the grounds are nice very spread out. I won’t be coming back even if it’s free. Staff was friendly even the first salesman he was cool the closer though was just that. This ruined Cabo for me I ain’t going back. The roof top pool was great best part of the whole resort. Sorry not sorry about the review to this day I feel like I got robbed.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and overall had a very pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has several swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs. A big plus was that the hotel was only about 50% occupied during our stay, so it was always easy to find a good spot and a chair near the pool. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because of the food. The breakfast selection was limited, with very little variety and many of the same dishes every day. We especially liked the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Caesar at steakhouse was also very good and made the Caesar salad from scratch, which was a nice touch. The biggest area for improvement is entertainment. There was almost no entertainment during our stay. It would be great to have more live music in the restaurants and around the bars in the evenings to create a livelier atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. With better food variety and more evening entertainment, this hotel could easily be a 5-star experience.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Room mattress was as hard as a rock, ask to change never happened, sodas , beer , in cans can be colder, service excellent, best food is at the main pool, caution, no safety cal osha here, some safety fences guard rails metal & wood rotten don’t lean on , some drain covers rotten leg ,foot could fall in, bare wires electrical boxes hanging out , found a few, poor lighting at night be careful walking around, watch out for speeding shuttle golf carts , great food good service I will be back, very over priced steak house Quivira at the golf course, food just ok , not worth the price stay at the resort, also all inclusive not 100% there you pay half out of pocket there
