Lake Windermere Area All inclusive Holidays

Great property that is close to the airport. The rooms were clean and modern. The shower was beautiful. The beds were comfy, although the pillows could be better. The rooms were quiet even though it’s by the airport you didn’t notice. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. I asked for a later check-out and they gave it to me. There is a fee shuttle to the airport if you need it. The price we also great. Definitely a good place to stay.

Our experience here was over and above what we were expecting. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. From checking in to helping arrange tours to answering our questions. It really felt like they were making efforts to make our stay enjoyable. The room was really nice, quiet, unique and boutique like with pleasing decor, good drawer space in the bathroom, plush towels and a large tiled shower with both a rain and removable shower head. The food in the restaurant was honestly delicious. We had the lamb shank and salmon the first night we were there and the quality of the food was like fine dining. Every element of the breakfast was really delicious as well right down to the potatoes. My husband can't eat dairy and they had lots of dairy free options (including lattes etc.) Staying here really made our experience of Banff so much better. We highly recommend it!

The room was clean but not in the best shape. There were not enough towels for all guests, no extra towels, only one blanket, multiple lightbulbs burnt out with no replacement ones in the room, blinds did not open/close properly. Overall, it was not a great experience especially for the price. Wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful property. Very nice having a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The town of Canmore is beautiful. Loved our stay there. Only thing that would have been better was if we'd gotten a day of housekeeping like we were told we would have. Thanks for a great stay.

We made a last minute decision to stay in Canmore for the night while visiting Calgary. We found this resort condo on Expedia for a reasonable price and booked it. Great communication with the manager and easy check in process. The condo was perfect, very clean with little extras like coffee pods. The beds were super comfortable Location was perfect and was on the trail that takes you into downtown Canmore. Our only regret was that our travel plans only allowed us one night stay We plan to return and will for sure book this in the future

Room next to ours had a large dog barking ALL DAY, staff did nothing about it except say that they had called the owners and there was nothing they could do about it. As they weren’t willing to do anything to right the situation I would not stay here again.
