Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

Property was nice, AC barely worked and they would turn it off randomly. Showers are extremely small and staff was not very helpful

Had a wonderful stay!

Breakfast is decent - the plates were gross (dirty) - it is the same every morning with the exception of the fruit and cakes options changing. You cannot sit in the balcony area to eat, Staff was attentive and kind. Buses and metro pick up area is nearby. There is a pharmacy nearby and a mini market that is nearby. Worst part was the shower - it flooded and got worse with our long stay. Another issue was the AC / it never really felt cold in the room. Elevator felt unsafe - besides being tiny it lagged.

What a delightful surprise. This ancient Estate, with lovely gardens and surrounded by greenery was not what I expected from an “airport” hotel. Note: it is a 10 minute drive from the airport. Dinner at the restaurant was one of my top meals in Italy - delicious, and you can dine al fresco. I didn’t get to see all the spa facilities due to the shortness of my stay but it all sounded ideal for a weary traveller.

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is great within walking distance to some of the major attractions. I booked this hotel because of the restaurant and the location. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked about the rooftop bar and the restaurant and the front desk told me that they would check to see if there was even a reservation available… That to me was a bit frustrating since I’m spending a lot to stay at this hotel. We were able to get an early reservation at the rooftop bar and when we arrived, no one was there, but we were given a very poor location. I really had to push a little to get a good spot to have a good view of the sunset. I was told that a lot of places book early for this rooftop bar and restaurant. I would think they would give priority to their hotel guests that was not the case. The next night we had a reservation at the restaurant that we had booked in person and was told we would have one table, but then was given another table in the back when I once again mentioned, that’s not what we were told by Laura in the afternoon the day before they give us a little better spot but again was told that a lot of concierge book this restaurant and location for their guests. I guess my Main recommendation would be if you were staying at this hotel to make sure if you wanna enjoy these beautiful amenities, the rooftop bar and the restaurant. Make sure you book your reservations well in advance. Both gentlemen that work the entrance were the best. Front desk 🙁

We had a such a lovely stay as Hotel Caravita. The location is absolutelyb perfect. Right in the heart of Rome.Our room was confortable and clean and the hotel has a lovely boutique feel. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Wev had a wonderful time in Romeand hotel Caravita was the perfectfor our trip.

Found bed bugs in the room and staff had not helped at all. Alternative room provided did not have enough beds and I had to sleep on the floor. After all I have been charged normally. Overall the dirtiest and unfair hotel I have ever been.

Very clean, warm and welcoming staff, good breakfast, functional air conditioning.

Great location. Modern room.
