Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Check in was a breeze. We were greeted right away by Ashanti and Patricia with champagne. Our room was ready as soon as we arrived.
We were having trouble with our internet and maps. We text the hotel and immediately was text back with directions to the hotel.
Cynthia and Bryan were BEYOND amazing. Bryan helped us pick places to eat that were not on our list of "must eat" places. They both treated us like friends. Great conversation and were genuinely upset to see us leave as much as we were.
The pool was great with the swim up bar and snacks. Eventhough the hotel was sold out, you would never of known.
Only issues we had were with the TV and water pressure, which were fixed right away.

The cool air conditioning in rooms are amazing don’t leave balcony door open.The staff are very well mannered I really enjoy they take pride in making sure the rooms was always cleaned up with new towels in place breakfast was awesome as well
