Beds were clean and comfortable. Property was nice and well maintained. Front desk was extremely busy at all times, and I couldn’t get service from the room phone. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line to get extra towels.
Also the food service time/ availability is strange. No room service offered, and some things are available during the day (pool menu), but after a certain hour you can only get food from their restaurant (Olive and Sea) and they can’t take to go orders from your room. Must go to the restaurant order and wait there- and there’s a 15% gratuity automatically added.
So a decent amount of inconvenience in the food area if you wish to stay on property to eat.

"Everyone was so nice from the front desk to the maintenance people. One of our rooms had a medical emergency and the staff was so kind and compassionate towards us. The hotel is also around so many stores. Very safe and walkable area. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area."
