Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice lobby. Rooms are big and clean all the time !! Nice breakfast buffet

This Hotel is very central to everything. There are bus stops at the bottom of the road. We used bus stop 14. Although there is no parking at the hotel itself there is parking locally. We parked in parking area 3 which was free for the weekend and very cheap at other times. Only a two minute walk away. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when you asked questions. The hotel room was ready before 3pm and we were allowed into the room. I think we were in the room by 1pm. The rooms are very stylish and clean with plenty of room. We had a delicious breakfast every day which is delivered to your room. We took a day trip around the Golden circle and snowmobiling. It was absolutely fantastic so I would recommend that. We drove ourselves to the BlueLagoon and to a couple of waterfalls in the south. I would highly recommend hiring a car as it is the cost of one transfer for a family of four. The roads are easy to use and very quiet.

Conveniently located, steps to tourist area. Taxi stand less than a block away. On property restaurant was excellent.

Hotel was good, no aircon in the room. Bar area was nice, good breakfast. Main strip was walking distance, the foodhall wasn't very appealing and the area outside the hotel was being resurfaced

Nice hotel with good environment and relaxing beer garden. Helpful staff, location away from downtown but not too far. Was concerned about the parking but it never became an issue. The floor was a bit dusty but that’s not a huge deal. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay: we had a very relaxing time, good food and deep sleep in a serene setting.

The location was excellent in that it was very central. They failed to say that that they were next too two very loud bars They also failed to mention that they adopted a stray cat s their mascot that regularly lived in the lobby. As I am HIGHLY allergic to cat dander, I did NOT appreciate this. I had asked for a quiet double room and was given a twin bedroom next to the elevator and over the bar and spent 2 sleepless nights. I then left the hotel for 4 nights to seek refuge with a friend up north and was re assigned to a quiet double in the back which I appreciated I am not too sure on the housekeeping which failed to replenish my coffee capsules unless it is the hotel policy to only comp you two free capsules on a 12 night stay. The location was brilliant and I only wish they were more upfront of their building problems and mascots giving me an opportunity to book elsewhere. So on transparency a 0 and on location a 4, overall a 3
