Room had a left over crotch towel from the previous guest hanging up on the shower curtain rail. We carefully removed it and placed it in the hallway, and it was promptly picked up by the time we left the room 30 minutes later.
Other than that the hotel and staff was great.

The apartment was amazing, clean, had loads of space for my husband and I and our three kids. The breakfast we had added on, which included fresh bread daily, yogurts, fruit, cheese etc was fantastic. The location made most of the top Reykjavik places to stay easy to walk to. We would love to come back here one day and honestly just book here again and not research anywhere else. 10 out of 10.

Location is very good for bus tour pickup and dropoff. Hotel is by Bus Stop 12. Restaurants and points of interest are within 3 km radius. Staff were very helpful and courteous

One of the Best location for tourists. Bus stop 13 is right around the corner. Easy to take guided tour group buses. Walking distance to major attractions and nice restaurants.

They ruined a hoodie we sent for washing then lost it and then lied about trying to contact me about it. They promised to find, resolve and sent it. Have not received it. Terrible attitude of the event.
