It was a perfect choice. Great location with comfortable bed. We traveled the city for two days coming back to have a drink and appetizers for our supper. I would stay here again. The only down side is their lack of free parking. We were fortunate to find it in the rear of the hotel.

Great communication with the host, the property is clean. The location is walking distance to the main attractions in Reykjavik. Breakfast is brought in the fridge daily and at 8am we get the fresh bread bake from Sanholt! Excellent serbice from the reception.On our first day our power went out when we plugged in our power cord and the reception staff came to the apartment to get it fixed. Thank you - this is greatly appreciated.

The location was perfect. Although the courtyard had music until 11pm on the first night, it wasn’t terrible and we got past it by passing out from jet lag. The included breakfast was nice. The room was surprisingly quiet through the middle of the night while we were there. No Main Street noises at all. I would absolutely stay here again if / when I return to Reykjavik.
